PARK USE
Our caretakers are Jerry and Susan Swaser. You may reach them at: 360-801-9183 or
*Please follow the rules & be courteous*
The Facilities Committee asks that you accompany your family and guests or make arrangements with the caretakers for them to use the park. This greatly helps our caretakers by being able to keep out the general public that pose as guests of members. Over the years, this has been a growing concern and the only way to ensure that our park is for “Members Only” is to ask all members to accompany their family and guests. Thank you for your cooperation and help!
Park Use and Watercraft Slips
As a friendly reminder, please remember that only MEMBERS in GOOD STANDING (includes annual dues and water) can use the park which includes the marina, launch, docks, and so on. If you would like to purchase a slip for your watercraft:
You must be a MEMBER in GOOD STANDING to use the park. Please keep in mind that per the Rules and Guidelines which states “Park privileges may be revoked for inappropriate behavior which includes but is not limited to the following: offensive and vulgar language, physical or verbal abuse, drunk in public”.
Slips are a FIRST come FIRST served. However, we will try to place watercraft into the same slips they occupied the previous year.
There is “no holding”, so if you want your slip from last year, please purchase your initial watercraft-slip starting March 15 – April 14. Remember that additional watercraft slips can be purchased starting April 15.
Watercraft registration forms must be completed and submitted with payment. Forms can be found on the PSA website @paradise-service-associates.org. After March 15, forms will be available from the caretaker.
Where to send form and payment:
Starting March 15th, please mail the form and payment to PSA at 261 E Shore Drive, Grapeview, WA 98546 Attn: Moorage or with the caretaker (after March 15). Receipts will be provided either by mail or in person.
The “Main” Gate will be open during regular hours starting April 1, which means all cars, trucks, boats, ATV’s etc., will be allowed in the park for the season. Angle parking will be available west of the entrance gate for vehicles without trailers.
Members must check all family and guests in with the caretakers. This will be enforced due to unauthorized amount of users that do not belong. Please accompany all family and guests or check them in ahead of time with the caretakers.
Also, please remember that there is a NO-WAKE (7 MPH or less) zone in the marina area until you pass the outer white buoy.
Have a great summer!
