Paradise Estates Community Block Watch Program
We have some terrific volunteers who will act as our Paradise Estates Community Block Watch members! Most sections of our neighborhood are represented by our Volunteer Block Watch Captains or Managers. We have attached a listing of our Block Watch Captains and Managers.
We recommend you select the Block Watch Captain/Manager who lives nearest you in the event you need to contact them to report an “incident” – such as a break-in, theft or damage of property, or other suspicious activities. Clearly, if a crime is in progress or an immediate investigation by law enforcement is required, please call 911. But it would also be beneficial for Block Watch to record the incident. So, please notify your Block Watch Captain/Manager even if you have already contacted law enforcement. We, all of us, are the “eyes and ears” of our community and by recording the incidents, we might see trends which could benefit law enforcement investigations.
Incidents that you report to your Block Watch Captain will be forwarded to and recorded by the Co-Managers. We need the approximate date/time of the incident, a brief description, and whether (or not) you reported it to the Mason County Sheriff’s Department. If you have pictures of the incident or persons involved, please also provide the pictures to your Captain, as well.
Thank you.
